Playing an instrument is a great way to express feelings and emotions that can’t be put into words. For many people it’s an amazing experience. But what happens when you can no longer see your instrument? Those with a visual impairment struggle with things like this on a daily basis, affecting their self-esteem.

Luchtorkest (translates to air-orchestra) is a digital instrument that doesn’t require vision at all. With this invisible instrument melodies are produced in the air through motion and gesture recognition. Creating an equal experience for those with and without a visual impairment.
